All sales are final at AllThingsConsignment.com. If any return is preapproved due to extenuating circumstances, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and shipping charges are non-refundable. It is too costly for us to absorb these costs. Unfortunately buying online can be difficult which is why we encourage you to ask any questions you may have and send additional photos on item you may be interested in. Most of our items are preloved unless otherwise noted so please do not expect previously owned merchandise to be in new condition unless we state otherwise. We do our best to describe all items.
